Due to social distancing requirements related to COVID-19, the public (including contractors) may
only attend the Bid Opening by Zoom. In order to attend the Zoom Bid Opening, please send a request by email (bids@olemiss.edu) no later than 5:00 pm CT the day before the day of the Bid Opening. An invitation to the Zoom Bid Opening will be sent back to you by email.

Bid documents are being made available via digital and original paper copy. Plan holders are required
to register and order bid documents at www.corbettleggeplans.com/. Bid documents are nonrefundable and must be purchased through the website. All plan holders are required to have a valid

Bid preparation will be in accordance with Instructions to Bidders bound in the project manual. The University of Mississippi reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any or all bids submitted. Bids must be submitted on the form to be furnished by the architect and must be accompanied by bid bond or
certified check for at least five percent (5%) of the base bid payable to University of Mississippi, University, Mississippi.Bidenvelope must contain on the outside of the envelope, the Contractor’s current Certificate of Responsibility Number and the Contractor’s License Number unless a statement on the exterior says that the bid enclosed is less than or did not exceed $50,000.00.
